Principal
Tom has built hundreds of homes and a handful of subdivisions in the Ozarks since 1985. His foray into condos is embodied by Celebration Cove, which sits on the site of a lakefront resort Tom operated for the better part of a decade. By pioneering ICF building
here in the Ozarks, Tom and Celebration Cove were awarded the first Green Certified condominium project in the Tri-Lakes area. A lifelong Ozarks resident, Tom and his wife Michele reside in rural Stone County. |

Shane Danner
Principal
Shane has been involved in real estate development since 1979. His portfolio includes numerous subdivisions, commercial buildings, retail centers, multi-family, and loft apartments. By utilizing a hands-on approach, he has been successful in consistently creating value added properties of impeccable design and functionality, on time and of high quality. Shane resides in Kansas City, Missouri with his wife Cara and their three children. |

Dave, a passionate boater and lake enthusiast, has been with Celebration Cove since 2007 and has worked closely with the principals of the development for the better part of a decade. Before joining the Celebration Cove team, Dave ran a successful real estate firm in Springfield, Missouri – amassing more than $50 million in sales from 2005 – 2008. Dave resides in Nixa, Missouri with his wife Kim and two sons. |

Andrew Danner
Salesperson
Andrew joined the Celebration Cove team in late 2007, but has been licensed to sell real estate in Missouri since early 2003. His prior business experience is in commercial real estate development and leasing, specializing in retail and office space. Andrew, an avid outdoorsman, currently maintains residence in Branson. |
